1. Returns
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery. 
- Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. 
- Return Shipping: Free of charge for approved returns related to product defects or shipping errors.. 
- Wrong or Damaged Items: We offer a free replacement or full refund. 
- Response Time: Our support team will respond to return requests within 1 business day. 
- Quality Assurance: All Tiniven products are printed to order in the USA through trusted manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship. 
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Customized or personalized products. 
- Gift cards. 
- Clearance or final-sale items. 
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
When reaching out, please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us process your claim efficiently.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection status.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the package. 
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item). 
5. Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange or return:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 
- You must provide your Order Number and email address used during checkout. 
- Include photos of the product and packaging if it’s damaged or incorrect. 
- Returns cannot be accepted if items show signs of use, washing, or if the return request is made more than 60 days after delivery. 
6. Return Shipping Instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
