All of our T-shirts, Hoodies, and Sweatshirts are printed and shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment partners to ensure consistent quality and faster delivery.

Production & Handling Time

  • Production Location: Printed and fulfilled in the United States

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) typically begin production the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends/holidays, begin production the next business day.

Each item is made to order — ensuring premium quality and reducing unnecessary waste.


Shipping & Transit Time

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (based on destination and package size)

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email within 24–48 hours once your label is created.

Why it’s faster: Domestic production means shorter travel distances, dependable shipping partners, and no customs delays.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages (for example, if you purchase both 2D-printed and 3D items).
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.

This allows us to get your items to you faster.


Carriers & Tracking

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your package label is created.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.


Address Changes & Order Adjustments

If you need to change your shipping address or make adjustments to your order, please contact us before the item ships.
Once a label has been created or the order has been dispatched, we can no longer guarantee address changes.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you for a corrected address.

  • Reshipping may incur additional shipping fees.

Please ensure all address details are accurate when placing your order.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While most orders arrive on schedule, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier network issues

  • Seasonal demand or peak shipping periods

We will notify you if we anticipate any unusual delays in delivery.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but if an issue arises:

  • Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund.

  • Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:

    • Confirm the delivery address in the tracking details.

    • Check with neighbors or your local office.

    • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages early).

    • If still missing, contact us for further assistance.

At this time, Tiniven ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
